Rambling

Okay lovelies I have got to vent just a little.  July 28th will be our 22nd anniversary and instead of going to dinner or away my husband decided he would like to have pool party with friends. Easy with just finger foods and beer and wine. Yeah we are having a red neck party with red solo cups for beer and plastic wine glasses for wine. (my Hubby and I are so easy going and he is my alpha male, pain in my ass redneck.) Well we invited around 40 people +. I know a few can not make it and some still have not responded back.  Ha..Ha..I do not have a dishwater and I am not freakin washing all the dishes.

First let me tell you our hall way has been a wreck. The top landing  has been looking like rainbow bright for about a year. Yeah we had each wall painted a different color, plum, burnt orange and green. We could not decide on a paint color. We were going to have our cousin do it professional. But then my hubby decided on Sunday July 14th that we are doing it ourselves cause he wants it done before the party.  Well are goal was to have it done this Sunday. Yeah that did not happen. We have had to plaster etc. Really he was on vacation the week July 4th to July 14th. Really he could of not thought of it then and then started it.  Why is it when a man starts a painting project the wife always have to help. When I start a painting project like my reading room which is still not done I do it my self.

Just got the other half of bottom to do..will start today.



So I might not be posting that much after this post. Since all morning I have been blogging and not painting.  Just a heads up just in case I do not post anything that much this week. We have to be done by thurs. I have to clean friday and still was hoping to have our bathroom painted. I am so behind in my reviews and updated my blog and goodreads.
