Hello my name is JoLee and I am a Book-A-Holic. As I am sure you all have tons and tons of books still on your shelves (either it be print or ebook) you have bought but have not read yet. For what ever reason it may be you will still buy more and more books. For me I swear I have ADD/ADHD or something.  Especially since starting my blog and joining NetGalley. Not complaining met amazing new friends and found some new authors I adore now. I have fell behind in authors and series I love to read, but I will still buy them as soon as they come out or a little later. *Get Me Off The Shelf* is to showcase books that I own but have not read yet.

Why:

Can your freakin believe I could not wait for Once Burned, bought as soon as it came out and yet to read it. I was so excited to go to the store and get my yummy PB copy.  I love Jeaniene Frost with Bones and Cat and was looking forward to reading about Vlad.  My poor Vlad is sitting on my pretty shelf in my reading room that I am still working on.  I know Bad-bad JoLee.

I am sure I am the only one that bought Once Burned and have yet to read it.

Well sometime last year I went through a Highlander Kick. And this is one  of the books I bought, but never got around to reading  it.  I heard great things about Veronica Wolff and her yummy heroes. I will still read just do no when.

Why:

I freakin love BDB series. And was so excited when Lover Avenged came out in Paper Back.  I could not wait for Rehvenge's story.  Can you believe I am having the darnest time getting into his book. The few times I have tried, I have not made it very far. But in all honesty I do  think I am not  giving it a chance.  I know if I would just give it a real go, I am sure I will like it.  I really need to get caught up in this series, I feel like I am the only one behind.  I am curious about John in Lover Mine  and excited for Payne in Lover Unleashed and  Tohrment in Lover Reborn. I still buy the Paperbacks for my BDB collection but I have not gotten Lover Reborn yet. One day I will be caught up with this series. I am sure once I give Lover Avenged a chance, I will not beable to stop like I did with the earlier books.  I could not get enough of the BDB heroes and read them all back to back, up to Lover Enshrined.
