Sunday Post: Pre order What??

Sunday Post is a weekly recap hosted by Caffeinated Reviewer.
Stacking the Shelves is hosted by Tynga's Reviews

I had a nice little surprise last week.  I got a book that I do not even remember pre ordering. It has been a long time since I pre order a book on amazon. I am sure I am not the only person who has done this right.

My pre order

Freebies
At time of post were still free
Genre: Dark Romance
Series: Made & Broken #1

Darkest Sins has a great review for Dangerous by Nora Ash. Sounds good and bonus it is free.

Genre: Contemporary Romance
Series: Riding Hard #1

While buying my book above Dangerous I came across Adam by Jennifer Ashley as a freebie too. I have read her 1st book in her shifter series and enjoyed it. Thought I would see how she does in Contemporary Romance.

Enjoy Your weekend

  5. Are you part of Netgalley? You can read Collision Point - they have it. I did not enjoy it as much as I thought. I do not like her style of writing. I have done a pre order and have forgotten about it. I guess it happens to all us book lovers at one time or another.

Have a great week of reading!
PLEASE let me know if you get Collision Point. I would love to know your thoughts on it.

    1. Hi Mary. I do not do Netgalley anymore. Bummer you did not like it. I like her writing style. It has been awhile since I read a Lora Leigh book only because last RS series was a mess with editing.

    2. If you like her style of writing (I think it's to crash) than I think you will really like the book.
I like sweeter words, whereas, she is very umm how do I say...CRUDE!!! That's it! I don't like to read c**k, f**k, cu**, those things don't appeal to me. If the editing bothers you just delete this post after you read it.

    3. Yes those words do not appeal to everyone. I do not mind them.

  6. Made and Broken series looks really good. I went to go see if it was still free.. and then realized I already have a copy of it on my kindle. LoL Whoops. I don't think I've read it yet though.

  7. How did you see that you had your preorder?? Knowing me, I would have missed it entirely in the mess of my Kindle books. I might have caught it when I looked at my Amazon content and docs but jeez... Preorders are dangerous things, right?!!? Nice surprise though, right? I will look for your review this week :D

  9. I haven't forgotten about a pre order before, but I don't tend to pre order a lot of books. I hope you enjoy it though, you know, cos it's JLA!

  13. I actually don't really ever pre order books to be honest, its definitely a weird experience.

I liked Adam, not her best book but quite enjoyable.
