I had a nice little surprise last week. I got a book that I do not even remember pre ordering. It has been a long time since I pre order a book on amazon. I am sure I am not the only person who has done this right.
My pre order
Freebies
At time of post were still free
Genre: Dark Romance
Series: Made & Broken #1
Darkest Sins has a great review for Dangerous by Nora Ash. Sounds good and bonus it is free.
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Series: Riding Hard #1
While buying my book above Dangerous I came across Adam by Jennifer Ashley as a freebie too. I have read her 1st book in her shifter series and enjoyed it. Thought I would see how she does in Contemporary Romance.
Enjoy Your weekend
Ooh I'm sure you'll enjoy these books! :-) Happy Reading!
ReplyDeleteThank You.
DeleteOoh that's happened to me too. A while back a book arrived and I was like- I didn't order this! Well it turned out I had lol...
ReplyDeleteHope you have a great Sunday! :)

LOL Greg.
DeleteWow I have some JLA catch up to play. Seriously I need a month of nothing but reading time to try and catch up with all of her books lol!
ReplyDeleteI know me too. I have gotten behind in a few series from her.
DeleteNice haul :) I hope you'll enjoy your new books!
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful week ahead and happy reading.
Lexxie @ (un)Conventional Bookviews
Thank you Lexxi. Have a great week too.
DeleteAre you part of Netgalley? You can read Collision Point - they have it. I did not enjoy it as much as I thought. I do not like her style of writing. I have done a pre order and have forgotten about it. I guess it happens to all us book lovers at one time or another.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week of reading!
PLEASE let me know if you get Collision Point. I would love to know your thoughts on it.
Mary
Hi Mary. I do not do Netgalley anymore. Bummer you did not like it. I like her writing style. It has been awhile since I read a Lora Leigh book only because last RS series was a mess with editing.
DeleteIf you like her style of writing (I think it's to crash) than I think you will really like the book.
DeleteI like sweeter words, whereas, she is very umm how do I say...CRUDE!!! That's it! I don't like to read c**k, f**k, cu**, those things don't appeal to me. If the editing bothers you just delete this post after you read it.
Mary
Yes those words do not appeal to everyone. I do not mind them.
DeleteMade and Broken series looks really good. I went to go see if it was still free.. and then realized I already have a copy of it on my kindle. LoL Whoops. I don't think I've read it yet though.
ReplyDeleteLol I do that all time with freebies. I have not tried it yet.
DeleteHow did you see that you had your preorder?? Knowing me, I would have missed it entirely in the mess of my Kindle books. I might have caught it when I looked at my Amazon content and docs but jeez... Preorders are dangerous things, right?!!? Nice surprise though, right? I will look for your review this week :D
ReplyDeleteMy kindle is not overly messy lol.
DeleteWow! Lots of great books you have here! I hope you enjoy them all!
ReplyDeleteHere’s my Sunday Post !

Thank you.
DeleteI haven't forgotten about a pre order before, but I don't tend to pre order a lot of books. I hope you enjoy it though, you know, cos it's JLA!
ReplyDeleteNaomi @ Naomi’s Reading Palace
I like it but not my fav of hers.
DeleteLOL oops! A nice surprise, though :) Love Ashley. I've only done her historicals and shifters so far.
ReplyDeleteI was not complaining at all lol
DeleteIf I preorder way in advance I always forget about it haha
ReplyDeleteI know right.
DeleteI don't think I knew Jennifer Ashley wrote contemporary! I have only ever seen her PNR stuff!! Can't wait to hear your thoughts on it!
ReplyDeleteGot my review up. Love her Pnr. not a big fan of her contemporary.
DeleteI actually don't really ever pre order books to be honest, its definitely a weird experience.
ReplyDeleteI liked Adam, not her best book but quite enjoyable.
Thanks for the heads up on Adam.
