Sunday Post: Jon Snow, Khaleesi And Her Badass Dragons

Sunday Post is a weekly recap hosted by Caffeinated Reviewer.

Hi everyone. I hope you all had a great week. Sorry for not posting my weekly recap last week. I decided to drop my tired butt on the couch, spend some family time binge watching Game Of Thrones S7. We have not had HBO for a few years so the only time we get to watch the awesome Game Of Thrones is when we get a free weekend. Daenerys Targaryen (Dany or Khaleesi) and her dragons are badass.  This has got to be my favorite season. I will just put this out there yes Jon Snow is all mine.

I was excited for my book haul the last few weeks. I found some interesting books from some bloggers I follow that all had great reviews. If want to check out their reviews, click on the link above the books posted.

  3. Glad you get some family time in! I am much better and so is my daughter - she had it much worse than me.
I have seen Smooth-Talking Cowboy around and it has gotten some good reviews. I might have to pick that one up.
I have never watched an episode of Game of Thrones. Maybe, someday-but I doubt it-who knows. Hope you have a great week. But, I do subscribe to Starz for Outlander. There are a few series that I watch religiously is Days of Our Lives (been watching since is was 13), The Walking Dead and Outlander.

    Talk to you soon!

    1. Glad you and your daughter are feeling better. My hubby and I watched some of Outlander when we got Starz free one weekend and Never finished it but enjoyed what we did watch. The endings always left us having to watch the next episode ASAP. We also tried watching Da Vinci's Demons S2 but could not get into it. When we had starz we loved the first season. I have not watched Days of lives like 27 years ago. I was additcted for a short period. My favorite character was Roman Brady played by Drake Hogestyn. It is cool my grandson is name Roman. But did not get his name from the show. My son and daughter in law thought of that name. I have watched many episodes of Walking Dead with my hubby as he loves that show. It is good.

    2. Yeah, me and my hubby try to catch stuff on the free weekends of HBO but sometimes we just forget. Yes, there have been many, many Romans. I have always loved Bo/Hope, Jack/Jennifer and Patch/Kayla. They are still my favorites but half of them are gone and come back for cameos but what can you do. Sami is an all time favorite of mine. You know how it goes. I only have the few - I enjoy movies tho.

  15. Game of Thrones is life! I love Jon Snow so much, it's probably not healthy, especially for my wallet. Lol. I was just last night seriously considering purchasing a bunch of new GoT Funkopops and action figures. I'm still very much considering.

    1. Love it. I always thought Jaime Lannister was good looking through out the series. But he did catch my attention in this last episode. He looked more older. He is aging well.
