Zoe is used to taking care of herself and has long ago accepted that if anything bad was going to happen, it was going to happen to her. So when she loses her job over something most bosses would probably be happy with and her life starts going down hill from there she doesn't expect it to get any better. She certainly didn't expect any help from the loud jerk next door, but then again she has nothing to lose so puts her trust in him and hopes for the best. What she didn't expect was the once in a lifetime opportunity that he offers her through an arrangement where they both benefit and no one is supposed to get hurt, but she should have known better because her luck has never been that good.
Like most Bradfords, Trevor has a soft spot for food, but that's about all. He leads a pretty straightforward life and likes to keep things simple and that includes his relationships. He wants the perfect woman and knows exactly what she'll be like. So when he discovers much to his horror that he's thinking about his frumpy little neighbor he decides the best way to get his head straight is by working her out of his system. He'll keep her around, but only until he finds perfection.

Review:
Perfect ~ Keeper
Perfection is filled with fun, loving, crazy characters. It is one of those novels that will have you wanting to strangle the hero one moment then root for the Hero to get the woman he loves. Great addition to The Neighbors From Hell series.
I enjoyed and loved Playing For Keeps book 1. WOW... Perfection book 2 blew me away. I could not put this book down. It is one of those books you can not start late at night unless you want to be dragging in the morning.
What I loved most about Trevor is how in the beginning he was a neighbor from hell by stealing Zoe’s pizza and messing up her laundry, but later he became obsessed (in a good way) with her. He is not In-Your-Face Alpha Male. Since he owns the building, he is the Alpha Male who will Shut down your water, turn off the electricity so Zoe would move in with him.
Poor Zoe... R.L. Mathewson did a great job with dealing with weight issues. Zoe is a full figure woman that went to the extreme of barely eating. She did eat all healthy foods but not enough. What I loved most of Zoe’s character was watching her grow from a push over to a non push over. Love reading about Zoe who is sweet, but was able to get her way sometimes with Trevor.
The progress of Trevor and Zoe’s relationship from friends to lovers was well written. Their relationship was gradually done through out the book. Their chemistry is fun, hot and you can not swipe your e-reader fast enough to see how and if they will get their HEA. What I loved most about Trevor and Zoe is you just never knew what was going to happen next.
OH MY GOSH... The secondary characters just added so much to the story. What a treat it was to see how Jason and Haley are doing. The office scene at his dads construction business had me Laughing Out Loud. He was trying to get his wife fired for sexual harassment. It is freakin hilarious when you find out why. Sorry do not want to spoil the fun. The Bradfords family food obsession still continues and has some LOL moments. Especially since all the males are band from every food place. Zoe does find a new restaurant that they are not banned from. Gathering all the Bradfords in one restaurant was a great and LOL scene.
I love this kind of Genre, Friends becoming Lovers. What works for this series is R.L. Mathewson does an amazing job with characters who never meet and when they first do, they get off at a rocky start. But then they go from being good friends then to lovers. Perfection is a keeper for me and look forward to more books in this series. I would start from the beginning of this series with Playing For Keeps #1. I highly recommend A Neighbors From Hells series if you are looking for fun and sexy contemporary romance novels.
