Jace had me during the body shot scene with his over protective attitude.

Not only is best friends turn to lovers one of my favorite genre but an over protective best friend is a bonus. Jace and Hayden have been best friends since their school days and he has been looking out for her ever since. Would love to have a sexy tattoo best friend like Jace looking out for my well being. No Strings Attached had enough insight on their friendship growing up.

 

Hayden and Jace sure steamed up my e-reader and loved them together. The body shot scene is the best. The first time they kissed was a misunderstanding and loved how it was done.

 

The secondary characters I adored. Lilly is her friend and Nate is Jace’s brother, both are fun and out going. Nate I am curious about. He left when their mother was sick and has never been the same when he came back. Lilly is not a big fan of Nate and calls him the Antichrist. They really do not interact through out the novel but curious as to why she thinks this. Makes me think she might have a little crush on him.

 

I am now a new fan of Nicolette Day. Love her writing style. Excited she writes YA novels under Tara Fuller and already had Inbetween (Kissed By Death #1) on my wish list.

 

I usually do not rate short novella’s more than 3 stars - Liked It, because something is always missing, but Nicolette Day had me falling for Jace in the beginning and the story line fell nicely through out the novel. Love it when a good book has a sexy cover and No Strings Attached has a sexy-eye-catching cover. Please Nicolette Day I am begging this to be a series and Nate’s story to be next and longer.
