Sunday Post: Lack of communication

Sunday Post is a weekly recap hosted by Caffeinated Reviewer

Life: Hi everyone. Hope you had a beautiful week. Mine was pretty easy and nothing exciting. I had plans to get some blogging done on Thursday but did not go as I plan. I knew my hubby had a doctor appointment but thought it was later in the day and he would take a half day of work. Nope his was in morning and took the day off. So his plans for us were to go looking at bath liners (having work done soon in the bathroom).  Good news got our bath liner and was not all that bad he fed me after. Had a nice lunch with the hubby.

No book haul last week. Been slowly getting my plants. Love Ferns since I can not kill them.

How was your week? Get any good books?

  1. Gorgeous plant!!!
LoL You can't kill ferns, and I almost immediately killed mine. In all fairness though, I randomly bought a maidenhair fern on a whim and well... I live in the desert. Not the best combo in the world. So, once she started to die back and get crispy, I put her in my greenhouse and she seems to have bounced back.

    1. I love that you have a greenhouse. I would love one but hubby is getting a shed.

  3. I kill all plants. I need to try ferns. Maybe they will survive me. I'm not outdoorsy so I need plants and flowers that only need watering when the sprinklers go off twice a week and can handle the Texas heat. Good luck with your reno!

    1. I love my ferns. But I do water the heck out of them. Can never over water them.

  4. Lol! I'm a plant killer too, JoLee, whatever I plant in our garden has to be self-sufficient. ;-) Sounds like a nice day with Hubby, mine is off next week for a couple of days but we haven't got any plans - kinda depends on the weather.

I hope you have a nice week and enjoy some good books. x

  5. I love ferns too although I don't have any for some reason!! I hope all is well with the hubby and it was a good doctors visit. Hope you and the family are doing well. I am sorry I haven't been around in a long time. I am getting ready for my surgery and that has taken up way to much of my time for some reason! =0) Plus, school of course which I only have one more year of! YAY!!
