Cover Revealed: Master of Darkness by Angela Knight

I read Seductions Gift in The Hot Blooded Anthology and loved it. When Borders when out of Business I went out and bought all paperback books in the series. I am still on Master of the Night #1.  I will eventually get to this series. I have heard good things about Angela Knight writing and this series is suppose to be good with yummy heroes and wicked sexing. Master of Darkness sounds good.

Cover and Blurb for paperback: Goodreads

Despite their mutual distrust, a werewolf couple -- a witch and an ex-cop -- must work together to defeat her abusive father, a werewolf wizard who is determined to destroy the Magekind

But though Miranda Drake and William Justice team up to help Arthur and his knights, neither trusts the other. Justice strikes Miranda as the sort of dominant Alpha male who has abused her all her life. Justice has worked with other domestic violence victims, and knows that the women sometimes turn on the cops who try to help them. Yet for Justice, protecting Miranda is his opportunity to redeem himself for his inability to prevent Warlock’s manipulation of his people into war.

Ebook Blurb at  Goodreads

In the final book of New York Times bestselling author Angela Knight's Mageverse, two werewolves must save humanity from a madman, despite their mutual distrust--and growing passion...

Miranda Drake is the daughter of Warlock, a werewolf sorcerer and sworn enemy of King Arthur. Like her father, she's a werewolf with magical abilities, but after years of abuse from the Alphas in her family, she is determined to stop Warlock from spreading his poison throughout the werewolf population.

Born to a long line of cops, William Justice thinks that protecting Miranda is his chance to redeem himself for not being able to stop Warlock's manipulation of the werewolves into war. But despite Justice's insistence, Miranda has no interest in trusting another dominant Alpha, even if the sexual tension between them is enough to set her aflame.

As Warlock rallies his forces and sets out to destroy Avalon, Miranda and Justice will need to learn how to trust each other--before the spark between them dies along with all of Magekind...

  1. Ahhh! :) Yeah--love this cover! LOVE this series, I highly recommend it! :)

I actually have this one in my TBR pile right now, in ARC form for review. Excited to start it! But this was the first time I saw the cover; that's the only bad thing about *most* ARCs--we don't get to drool over the covers. Mine's just bound in plain paper. *sigh* I'll have to wait and buy a finished copy to admire the cover.

    Enjoy!
